In the first quarter of 2025, the top five Idle RPG applications on the Android platform in Egypt showed varied performance trends, as tracked by Sensor Tower.

Mist: RPG horror idle action experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 2.7K at the end of December 2024 and dropping to approximately 714 by the end of March 2025. Active users also decreased from 2K to about 1.6K over the same period.
